Olga Rullo
Olga is a senior HR leader with 15+ years of experience across Poland, EMEA and international markets. Having held leadership and strategic roles including Head of HR, People Director and HR Business Partner, she has worked in both large multinational organizations and smaller, fast-growing businesses, building and scaling HR functions, teams and people processes.
Her expertise covers the full end-to-end HR agenda — from HR strategy, business partnering and organizational development to performance, leadership development, employee engagement, HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and organizational change.
Talent Acquisition remains an important part of Olga’s HR philosophy. She believes that people are one of the key drivers of business success and that bringing the right talent into an organization is fundamental to building high-performing teams and achieving sustainable growth.
Olga holds a master’s degree in HR management and combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, business-oriented approach. As Co-Founder of BEEHiVE, she supports companies through growth, transformation and organizational change. She is a native Polish speaker and is fluent in English and Italian, enabling her to work effectively across international and multicultural environments.

Patrizio Rullo
Patrizio is a full-stack developer and creative technologist based in Kraków, Poland. With a background in quality assurance, he combines software development with a focus on reliability, usability and the details that make digital products work well. As Co-Owner of BEEHiVE, he brings a technical perspective to a business built around people.
His expertise spans web and mobile development, backend systems, database design and test automation. Working with technologies including Ruby on Rails, React, Astro and TypeScript, he takes projects from initial discovery and planning through development, testing and delivery, connecting business requirements with practical technical solutions.
His work includes BEEHiVE’s website and Beehive ATS, our applicant tracking platform, with tools for managing candidate pipelines, notifications and search. This experience connects his engineering skills directly with the needs of recruitment. His wider portfolio includes websites for an interior design studio and a nonprofit organization, alongside public projects exploring AI tools and audio software.
Originally from Italy, Patrizio brings curiosity and a hands-on approach to his work. Beyond development, he produces electronic music and builds audio tools, drawing on the same mix of experimentation and attention to detail. At BEEHiVE, his technical background complements Olga’s HR expertise, bringing people and technology together in the way the business works.
